Refunds & Returns Policy

Important: In-Store vs Online Purchases

Please note that different rules apply to items purchased in-store and those purchased online.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store do not have an automatic right to a refund if you change your mind.

    •    Refunds are issued only if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    •    For non-faulty items, we are happy to offer a credit note with proof of purchase, in accordance with our in-store returns policy.

    •    Our in-store policy is clearly displayed at the point of sale and applies to all in-store purchases.

Online Purchases

Items purchased online are covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Online Refund Timeframes

    •    If you request a refund within 14 days of your item being delivered or available for collection, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    •    If you request a refund between 15 and 31 days, a gift voucher will be issued for the value of the item.

    •    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

General Conditions

    •    Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.

    •    Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    •    This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.

Sale Items 

    •    Are Non Refundable and Non Returnable.
